At How Lucky Are We, every piece is thoughtfully crafted to last for generations. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and proudly offer a one-year manufacturing warranty on all fine jewelry.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

  • Loss of a stone due to a manufacturing issue.
  • Damage resulting from a manufacturing defect.
  • Defects in craftsmanship or materials under normal wear.

If a manufacturing issue is confirmed within one year of your purchase, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

Because fine jewelry is worn daily and can be lost, damaged, or impacted by accidental wear, we strongly recommend purchasing jewelry insurance for high-value pieces such as engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine diamond jewelry. Jewelry insurance provides protection for events that are not covered under our manufacturing warranty, including accidental damage, loss, theft, mysterious disappearance, or damage caused by everyday wear.

Our manufacturing warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Scratches, dents, or bent rings.
  • Lost or stolen jewelry.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.
  • Damage resulting from alterations or repairs performed by another jeweler.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return:

  • Ready-to-ship jewelry
  • Stock items in original, unworn condition
  • Must include original packaging and documentation

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-designed engagement rings
  • Made-to-order jewelry
  • Personalized or engraved pieces
  • Resized rings
  • Special-order diamonds or gemstones sourced specifically for your order
  • Final sale items

Because each custom piece is created specifically for you and cannot be resold as new, custom orders are final sale.

If there's a problem

If your item arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or differs from your approved design, we'll repair, replace, or remake it at no cost.
